I am going to have to agree with Sir Steven Hodson; all of this Web OS talk is just a fresh coat of paint on an old idea. Although, maybe this time they get color right. I think there are many of advantages to “web apps,” a lot of them stem from the culture of the web developer community, but the biggest bonus I see is outsourcing the maintenance of your infrastructure.
